Stare to the right of the snakes! They appear to be moving!

After a while, the gray haze around it seems to fade.

You should see a glowing lightbulb!

Now move your head forward and backward.

Stare at the center of the weird flag for about 1 minute.
Don't move your eyes. Then look at an empty white sheet
of paper, and you'll see the red, white, and blue flag.
